Account Handler

Experience
You should have a minimum of 5 years experience working with commercial and corporate
clients and have a wide range of insurance experience across all classes of insurance.
Ideally you will have worked at a Brokers and have a proven track record of providing excellent client support.
Missions
We have a vacancy for an account handler to join our busy team. The role includes servicing a wide range of clients, providing support at pre-renewal, renewal and throughout the year with any mid term adjustments. You will work closely with the account executives and broking team to provide excellent customer service.

Receptionist - maternity cover

Experience
You will have experience of working on a busy switchboard and have excellent customer service skills. You should have good verbal and written skills and you should be able to
work under you own initiative.
Ideally you will have worked within an Insurance or Financial Servicers environment
Missions
We have a vacancy for a receptionist to cover maternity leave for a minimum of 6 months. The role requires you to provide a full reception service, including switchboard operation, meeting and greeting visitors as well as providing admin support across the business.
